Evening Line Cook / Prep Cook Raw & Juicy - Alys Beach, FL Raw & Juicy is seeking a motivated and passionate Evening Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our dinner team in Alys Beach. This is an opportunity to work in a chef-driven kitchen focused on seasonal ingredients, local seafood, responsibly sourced proteins, and fresh produce. Our evening program is distinct from our daytime café operations, offering a more refined culinary experience that emphasizes technique, creativity, and ingredient quality. Responsibilities Prepare and execute dinner service to established standards Assist with daily prep and station organization Properly handle, store, and rotate products Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow recipes and plating standards consistently Work collaboratively with the culinary team during service Contribute to a positive, professional kitchen culture Qualifications Previous line cook or prep cook experience preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Passion for cooking and learning new techniques Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Experience working with seafood, whole ingredients, and scratch cooking is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent evening schedule Opportunity to work with exceptional local ingredients Growth opportunities within a respected culinary program Supportive team environment focused on excellence and hospitality Schedule Evening shifts Full-time and part-time positions available Weekend availability required Compensation $18-$24 per hour , based on experience.
