Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking part-time Nightwatch Person (1-2 nights per week) and/or a Breakfast Cook (4-6 days per week) - could be the same person to fill both roles. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling various security protocols while delivering exceptional service in the kitchen. Duties Conduct regular surveillance to monitor the premises during night shifts per the schedule, ensuring safety and security at all times Perform security checks and patrols to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies by coordinating with Seacamp's Operation's Manager Prepare scheduled breakfast meals according to established recipes and standards, ensuring timely service Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas before, during, and after meal preparation Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages Requirements Flexibility to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays as needed (Night Watch) Certification in Food Handling protocols (Breakfast Cook) Communication skills for clear reporting and emergency coordination
