Must have at least 1-2 years of experience working in a high volume, quality kitchen preparing foods requiring short prep times. Must be a team player, self motivator, understand high volume, be flexible in work hours, have excellent organization skills and communication skills. Full-time hours available

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following: Performs all cooking functions to prepare daily menus. Butcher all meats and fish. Work omelet/carver station. Maintain clean and orderly work areas. Formulate recipes for soups, sauces, and specials. Other duties may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
