Job Description

We are Hiring Immediately all Kitchen Crew Members to join our growing Mooyah Team. We are looking for people who are dependable, have a great personality, are willing to learn and most of all, enjoy having fun while working. We are looking to fill multiple kitchen positions, Grill Station, Fry Station, Preparation Station. Mooyah takes the type of burger you would enjoy in a fine dining Restaurant and serves in a fun family environment! Come Join Our Growing Team Today! Full-time and part-time positions with flexible hours are available.
Minimum Qualifications:
Able to stand throughout the shift. Able to lift at least 50 pounds. Good hearing for accurate communication. Must be in good physical condition. Ability to work well with others. Must be at least 18 years old.
Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for Smiles. MOOYAH Burgers, Fries, and Shakes is a fun and upbeat environment with opportunities to advance within the company. Works as a team player with other employees and stations while demonstrating personal commitment. Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines. Demonstrates the ability to take initiative outside of what is required. Willing to have fun, while smiling and making positive, friendly eye contact with the GUESTS. Has a good understanding and plays an active role in Guest Obsession. Be able to establish relationships with GUESTS and promote loyalty. Serve GUESTS according to established procedures and our unique style of service. Always conduct yourself professionally and have fun while providing outstanding MOOYAH service.
