Duties Prepare and assemble pizza dough, toppings, sauces, and cheeses according to established recipes and standards Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to ensure consistent quality Monitor cooking times and temperatures to achieve optimal texture and flavor Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with menu planning by suggesting new topping combinations or specialty pizzas Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed during preparation, assembly, and storage Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt, friendly service that exceeds customer expectations Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations within a restaurant or food industry setting Strong knife skills and familiarity with various culinary techniques for ingredient prep Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with menu planning and creating appealing pizza options Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and servers Prior experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus, demonstrating versatility in food service environments Embark on a flavorful journey with us!
