Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas with precision and consistency, ensuring each meets quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines. Handle food ingredients safely, including proper knife skills for slicing, chopping, and preparing toppings. Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt and friendly service to all guests. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking or ordering supplies. Support special functions by preparing large quantities of pizza or other menu items as needed. Requirements Proven ex perience as a pizza maker or in a similar kitchen role within a restaurant or food service environment. Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards. Background in fine dining or high-volume food industry environments is a plus. . Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
