Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook / Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations who are eager to contribute to a dynamic dining environment. The position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills, work in a fast-paced setting, and be part of a team committed to delivering exceptional food experiences. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Assist in menu planning and ingredient preparation to ensure efficient kitchen operations Handle food with proper safety and sanitation practices, adhering to food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and workstations Assist with food plating, presentation, and portion control for consistent quality Support catering events and special functions as needed Serve food efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Manage food handling responsibilities with attention to hygiene and safety protocols Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen workflow Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred Knowledge of dietary department practices or dietary aide experience is a plus Skills in menu planning, meal preparation, and cooking techniques are highly desirable Proficiency in food handling, knife skills, and food safety standards is essential Experience with catering, serving, or working within the food industry will be advantageous Culinary experience demonstrating proficiency in food preparation and kitchen operations is valued Join our team to bring your culinary talents to life while working in a supportive environment that values skill development and teamwork.
