The hospital is conveniently located and accessible 24 hours/day for admissions. Job Duties Responsible to properly and safely prepare and cook food for patients and staff according to the menu and recipes provided by the Dietician and assist in recipe development. Maintain high food and service quality. Work with Facility Director/Manager regarding appropriate usage of leftovers; menu changes and substitutions. Assist Director in preparation of special employee and/or catering functions. Follows all standardized procedures and maintains a safe and sanitized work area. Able to effectively and safely utilize kitchen tools, appliances and equipment.
