Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and safety guidelines Assist in menu planning by suggesting new dishes and improvements based on customer feedback and seasonal ingredients Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout all food handling and preparation processes Ensure all food is prepared efficiently to meet service times without compromising quality Support kitchen operations by organizing ingredients, managing inventory, and ensuring proper storage practices Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service and uphold the restaurant's reputation for fine dining excellence Participate in catering events or special functions as needed, ensuring all meals meet presentation and taste expectations Skills Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation for various cuisines Experience with menu planning, catering, and fine dining environments enhances your candidacy Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe kitchen environment Previous restaurant experience demonstrating ability to work efficiently under pressure Familiarity with the food industry's best practices for serving customers with professionalism and care Embark on a culinary journey where your skills make a difference!
