Opening this Fall, Mottai Miami is a modern Japanese restaurant in the heart of Coral Gables. We're looking for talented and experienced Line Cooks to join the culinary team of our upscale restaurant. You'll work closely with our chefs to execute dishes with precision, consistency, and creativity. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and pride in delivering food that represents the quality and standards of our brand.
