We're looking for a talented Line Cook to join our salads and cold station. If you're passionate about creating fresh, flavorful dishes and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we want to hear from you! As our cold station Line Cook, you'll be crafting delicious salads, appetizers, and other cold dishes that will delight our guests. Your creativity and attention to detail will help us maintain our reputation for exceptional cuisine. What we're looking for: At least 1 year of experience working the cold line Flexible availability for lunch and dinner shifts Willingness to work weekends and holidays Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality Duties
  • Assist with meal preparation and presentation
  • Help with menu execution
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pantry area
  • Handle food items safely and follow proper food handling procedures
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a culinary role is preferred
  • Knowledge of knife skills and basic cooking techniques
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
