We care about quality, simplicity, and creating a place people want to return to regularly. Position Summary Pizza Bear is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team. This role is responsible for preparing and executing our sourdough pizza program with consistency, speed, and care. Responsibilities Stretch, top, and fire sourdough pizzas to spec Manage dough handling, fermentation awareness, and daily prep Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station Execute service consistently during high-volume shifts Assist with prep including sauces, toppings, and dough production Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Work collaboratively with BOH and FOH teams Qualifications Experience in pizza, bread, or line cooking preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to stay organized and work efficiently under pressure Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Interest in fermentation and quality ingredients is a plus What We're Looking For Someone who cares about the product.
