As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards. Maintain station cleanliness and organization. Execute tickets accurately and efficiently. Follow food safety and sanitation standards. Communicate clearly with kitchen team during service. Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume service. Protect operational standards and guest experience at all times. Represent Thirteen's hospitality culture consistently. Understanding of kitchen operations and cooking techniques. Previous Line Cook experience; 1+ years preferred. Ability to work under pressure. Food safety knowledge required.
