Breakfast Cook:

Be on the Line cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Put our best foot forward assisting with set-up, disassembly, preparation and service of all ala carte, room service and catering functions. Showcase your organizational skills as you assist in the receiving and storage of all food & beverage products as outlined by local health department rules and regulations. Breakfast Cook:

Have a fun, positive, and energetic personality. Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook. Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
