Job Description

Riverside Johnny's is a family owned elevated sports bar and grill. It is a fast paced, high volume, scratch kitchen looking for experienced cooks to join the team in anticipation of our grand opening. Looking for a line cook that works hard and is a team player.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Prepping, slicing, dicing. Reading tickets & preparing guests orders. Keeping quick ticket times while maintaining our quality and standards. Knowledge of fish, beef, chicken standards. Creativity, the ability to identify tasks, stay busy and be disciplined. Ability to direct other employees at the various cooking stations in order to maintain the quick pace. Clean and properly maintain work stations and equipment. Able to accept constructive criticism and leave the drama at home. Qualifications & skills: 2 years of kitchen experience required. Knife skills. Line cook experience Willingness to learn, leaving egos at home. Following direction and instruction. Consistency of food production. Prompt and reliable.
