As a Team Member, you'll have the opportunity to learn all aspects of our kitchen and front-of-house operations. From working as a cashier one day to cooking up our signature Philly cheesesteaks the next, you'll gain experience in all roles, giving you flexibility and variety. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers with a smile, answering any questions about our menu and ensuring a positive experience.

Cashier Duties:

Operate the register, handle customer transactions, and maintain an organized work area.

Food Preparation:

Help with prepping ingredients, assembling orders, and cooking in the kitchen as needed (training provided).

Teamwork:

Collaborate with other team members to keep the store running smoothly, ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and speed of service.

Flexibility:

Rotate between different roles within the restaurant, from front-of-house to back-of-house duties, based on the needs of the business.

Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean and safe environment, following food safety guidelines and general store cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

Must be friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the kitchen and front-of-house. Strong team player with good communication skills. Previous experience in food service is a plus, but not required (we'll train you!).
