We serve burgers, sandwiches, fresh plates, and rotating features with a fun, fast-paced, open kitchen vibe. We are looking for cooks who take pride in their work, move with purpose, and want to be part of a growing hospitality group. Our line cooks work across multiple stations including salad, fry, grill, sauté, expo, and prep. We are looking for well-rounded cooks with a go-getter attitude who can help keep the kitchen moving while bringing good energy to the team. At BakeChop, our menu is always evolving. We love giving our cooks the chance to get creative, help with specials, and show off their skills through rotating features and specialty plates.
What we are looking for:
Experienced line cooks and prep cooks Strong knife skills and basic kitchen knowledge Ability to work clean, organized, and fast Positive attitude and team-first mindset Comfortable working in an open kitchen Willingness to learn multiple stations ServSafe required What we offer: Full-time position Typical 8-hour shifts Working hours between 6 AM and 11 PM Closed Sundays, except for occasional special events Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Raise opportunities upon mastering all stations Yearly and semi-annual reviews Room to grow within BakeChop Co. and our sister businesses We are a growing company with multiple concepts, which means there is opportunity to expand your knowledge, try something new, and grow with us.
