Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items according to menu specifications and quality standards Assist in menu planning by suggesting new grilled dishes and seasonal specials Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain hygiene standards Manage food preparation tasks efficiently, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients Maintain cleanliness of the grill station and surrounding kitchen areas throughout your shift Support food service operations by serving dishes promptly and courteously to guests Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation during busy periods and special catering events Experience Previous dietary department or dietary aide experience preferred but not required Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or culinary settings Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and fine dining environments highly desirable Skilled in knife handling, food safety practices, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced kitchens with excellent attention to detail Familiarity with catering services or large-scale food industry operations is a plus Demonstrated knowledge of culinary techniques, food service procedures, and kitchen safety protocols Join us as a Grill Cook and bring your culinary talents to life!
