Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist in the assembly of menu items according to recipes and specifications Cook dishes with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate served Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety standards Support menu planning by suggesting creative ideas and ensuring ingredient availability Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices Assist with food service during busy hours, ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests or customers Participate in catering events and special functions as needed, providing excellent service and meal presentation Qualifications Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is preferred but not required Strong food preparation and cooking skills, including proficiency with knife skills and meal assembly Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Experience working in a restaurant or food industry environment is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with menu planning, catering, and serving processes is a plus Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude toward culinary excellence Join us to bring your passion for food to life!
