2-3 years of Thai cooking experience Our goal at Bangkok Square is to offer the best tasting, most authentic Thai cuisine in Gainesville. We enjoy sharing the most fragrant, interesting, and flavorful dishes from all over Thailand. Specifically, our Thai Specialty Cook will perform the following duties:
Job Description:
Using Thai culinary training, prepare and cook food pursuant to the Employer's high standards Plan, design and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers Determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met Check the quantity and quality of received product Check stock levels and ordering supplies Train line cooks in the Thai culinary arts Follow standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety PSP Bangkok Square Inc provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
