  • Full-time About Us We are a growing Siberian/Eastern European food establishment serving authentic homemade dishes with a strong focus on quality, cleanliness, and consistency.
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking cook who takes pride in preparing delicious food in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook Siberian/Eastern European dishes Prepare ingredients, sauces, fillings, soups, meats, and doughs Cook menu items consistently and efficiently Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards Manage prep and inventory Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met Work efficiently during busy DoorDash/takeout rushes Help with food packaging when needed Preferred Experience Experience in Russian, Ukrainian, Eastern European, or Siberian cuisine preferred Experience with pelmeni, vareniki, soups, baked items, meats, or dough preparation is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Food handler certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Must be fluent in both Russian and English Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Fast and organized Clean and detail-oriented Reliable and punctual Passionate about quality food Comfortable in a busy takeout environment Join us in creating memorable culinary experiences by bringing authentic Eastern European and Siberian flavors to life!
