Production Cook -
Chef-Led Meal Production Kitchen Location:
Hialeah, FL Compensation:
$16-19/hour
DOE Schedule:
Full-time and Part-time positions available We are building a chef-led food production operation creating restaurant-quality meals for a national meal delivery platform. This is not a traditional restaurant line cook position. We produce fresh meals in a professional production environment with a focus on consistency, quality, organization, and teamwork. We're looking for cooks who take pride in executing recipes accurately, working efficiently, and contributing to a positive kitchen culture. What You'll Do Prepare ingredients according to production schedules Execute recipes and batch cooking procedures Portion and assemble meals to exact specifications Maintain quality, consistency, and food safety standards Work collaboratively with the Culinary Lead and production team Help maintain a clean, organized, professional kitchen Adapt to changing daily production volumes and priorities What We're Looking For 2+ years of kitchen, commissary, catering, meal prep, or production cooking experience preferred Strong knife skills and fundamental cooking techniques Ability to follow recipes and standardized procedures precisely Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs Reliable attendance and punctuality Calm, professional attitude under changing production demands Team-oriented mindset Ideal Candidates You may be a great fit if you have experience in: High-volume restaurants Catering operations Commissary kitchens Meal delivery or prepared-food production Institutional food service Hotel banquet kitchens We're especially interested in cooks who enjoy creating excellent food while working within organized systems and processes.
