What You'll Do:
Prepare and cook BBQ meats, sides, and specials to our exact standards Maintain a clean and organized station in a fast-paced kitchen Work closely with our pitmasters and kitchen team to deliver consistent quality Follow food safety and sanitation guidelinesWhat We're Looking For:
Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred (BBQ experience is a plus!) Strong work ethic and a team-player attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Passion for great food and pride in a job well doneWhat We Offer:
