Full-Time | Nights & Weekends Required About Izakaya Ko Izakaya Ko is a Japanese-inspired gastropub in Jacksonville Beach focused on bold flavors, quality ingredients, and a high-energy kitchen environment. We take pride in thoughtful food, consistency, and creating a great experience for both guests and team members. Position Overview We're looking for a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Japanese cuisine or yakitori grill experience is preferred but not required —we're happy to train the right person who's motivated, reliable, and passionate about food.
