Our centers of excellence include Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center, Baptist Heart Hospital, Baptist Neurological Institute and Wolfson Children's Hospital. •We are offering a $500 Sign-On Bonus, if hired externally• Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a PRN Cook II in our Dietary Department at Baptist Medical Center South, located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a PRN opportunity, primarily working various shift times between 6:30am and 6:30pm. The ideal Cook II candidate will have extensive kitchen experience and proven work history in a variety of stations. As the Cook II, you will be responsible for: Preparing quality food using standardized recipes and proper safety and sanitation techniques Serving regular and modified diet hot foods on patient tray line Possessing the ability to batch cook Following HACCP guidelines
