We're looking for hardworking, dependable team members who take pride in quality, cleanliness, and working together. If you thrive in a high-energy kitchen and enjoy creating great food, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to Sip n Smash recipes and standards. Operate the flat top grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely. Maintain speed and accuracy during busy meal periods. Prep ingredients and restock stations throughout the shift. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked. Work as a team to ensure every guest receives fresh, high-quality food. Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties. Qualifications Previous restaurant or line cook experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
