Overview Join our vibrant culinary team as a Weekend-Only Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher! Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to Curry Guys recipes and standards Set up and stock kitchen stations before service Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation Operate grills, fryers, stovetops, and prep equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout shifts Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with prep work, inventory organization, and closing duties Communicate effectively with team members during busy service periods Help maintain fast ticket times and smooth kitchen operations Prepare and cook menu items according to Curry Guys recipes and standards Set up and stock kitchen stations before service Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation Operate grills, fryers, stovetops, and prep equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout shifts Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with prep work, inventory organization, and closing duties Communicate effectively with team members during busy service periods Help maintain fast ticket times and smooth kitchen operations Preferred Experience Fast-casual restaurant experience Grill, sauté, fryer, or prep experience Experience with Indian cuisine is a plus but not required Qualifications Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Weekend availability preferred Positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic knife skills and familiarity with food preparation techniques are advantageous Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards Reliable attendance and punctuality for weekend shifts only A positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment This role is an excellent entry point into the food industry or an opportunity for seasoned professionals to showcase their skills.
