Duties Prepare fresh pizza dough from scratch or using pre-made bases, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch Select and measure ingredients for toppings, including vegetables, meats, cheeses, and sauces, following established recipes and menu specifications Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to cook pizzas to perfection Assemble pizzas with precision, ensuring even distribution of toppings and adherence to presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including sanitizing surfaces and tools regularly in accordance with food safety protocols Assist with menu planning by suggesting new topping combinations or seasonal specials to enhance customer offerings Support food handling and food safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations at all times Experience Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen environments, particularly within the food industry or restaurant settings Familiarity with culinary techniques such as dough handling, knife skills, and meal preparation Experience in food service roles that involve cooking, food handling, or catering is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Fine dining experience or restaurant experience that emphasizes presentation quality is a plus Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within a busy kitchen setting Join us and bring your culinary passion to life!
