In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes during weekend evenings and afternoon hours, ensuring every plate meets our standards of excellence. Your enthusiasm for food preparation and culinary craftsmanship will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your kitchen skills in a fast-paced, vibrant environment where teamwork and passion for food are celebrated. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items with precision, maintaining consistency and quality throughout each dish Follow established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards to deliver exceptional meals Assist in menu planning by providing input on dish execution and ingredient needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and preparation techniques are followed at all times Support catering orders and special event preparations as needed during weekend evenings Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service Requirements Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or culinary setting Demonstrated skills in knife handling, meal preparation, and food safety practices Experience with fine dining or upscale food service environments is a plus Knowledge of menu planning, catering, and serving techniques to enhance guest satisfaction Ability to work efficiently during weekend evenings and afternoons in a fast-paced kitchen environment Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service Join us as a vital part of our culinary team where your skills will shine!
