In this vital role, you will be responsible for prepping, cooking and serving family style lunch and afternoon snacks to the children. Your enthusiasm for food, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will ensure a positive experience for our center. Responsibilities Assist in preparing, cooking, and serving meals according to established recipes and standards Support menu planning efforts by suggesting innovative dishes and ensuring ingredient availability Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, portioning, and presentation Follow all food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure safety standards are met Qualifications Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and food safety protocols Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork
