Line Cook / Prep Cook - BurgerFi Collins Ave We're looking for a experienced, no-nonsense cook who takes pride in a clean station and knows how to move. This is a fast-paced burger concept — if you thrive under pressure and understand that prep is the foundation of everything, keep reading. What You'll Do Run the flat-top grill with confidence — burgers, proteins, timing, all of it Execute daily prep with precision: portioning, marinating, slicing, organizing Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready at all times Follow recipes and portion standards consistently — every ticket, every time Maintain food safety and sanitation standards without being told twice Communicate with the team to keep the line moving during peak hours What We're Looking For Proven flat-top grill experience — this is a must Strong prep background: you know what needs to be done before service and you do it Clean, organized, and efficient — your station reflects your work ethic Able to work fast without cutting corners on quality or safety Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain one Previous fast-casual or high-volume experience preferred
