We are looking for kitchen leaders who enjoy cooking, leading teams, and maintaining an organized, efficient operation. Responsibilities Supervise daily food preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes, quality standards, and safety protocols. Lead and motivate a team of cooks, servers, and dietary staff to deliver exceptional service in banquet, catering, and fine dining contexts. Oversee inventory control and food handling procedures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels. Coordinate menu planning in collaboration with culinary management to meet dietary needs and customer preferences. Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor team performance for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper kitchen operations. Support kitchen management in implementing new culinary techniques, training staff on food production methods, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Skills Proven supervising experience within a food service or hospitality environment. Extensive banquet experience with a focus on large-scale event catering. Strong background in dietary department operations and food production processes. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively under pressure. Fine dining experience emphasizing presentation, quality control, and customer satisfaction. Knowledge of inventory management, food safety practices, and kitchen management systems. Skilled in menu planning, food preparation, cooking techniques, and restaurant operations management. Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for hospitality and service excellence.
