Job Description
Overview We are seeking EXPERIENCED and dedicated Food Truck COOK ( shift supervisor ) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving delicious Mediterranean food from our food truck. This position is perfect for experienced individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for food and customer interaction. Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, including kitchen equipment and serving areas. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring food safety practices are followed at all times. Experience Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or café setting is preferred but not required Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
