Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Assist with menu planning by suggesting new ideas and refining existing recipes to enhance flavor profiles Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and assembling ingredients efficiently Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times Support kitchen operations by organizing ingredients, cleaning workstations, and ensuring a smooth workflow Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and timely meal delivery Contribute to catering events or special functions by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant experience demonstrating culinary skills Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Skilled in knife work, meal preparation, and kitchen equipment operation Experience with menu planning, catering, and serving in a fast-paced environment is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning and growth Join us as a Line Cook and bring your culinary passion to life!
