As an essential part of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with precision and enthusiasm during the morning hours. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced, polished casual service, ensuring every plate meets our standards of excellence. Your passion for food preparation, food safety, and exceptional service will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties Prepare and cook menu items efficiently and consistently during morning shifts, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Assist in menu planning by suggesting creative ideas and ensuring ingredient availability for daily specials Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food handling and storage practices Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service delivery Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling dishes with precision using knife skills Support catering events and special functions as needed, ensuring quality and presentation meet expectations Requirements
THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION
. Minimum 2 years in full service kitchen, preferable with Sautee and grill experience. Proven culinary experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting with strong food preparation skills Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation standards in the food industry Skilled in meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food service operations Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food presentation techniques Ability to work efficiently during morning hours with a positive attitude and strong teamwork ethic Experience with menu planning, catering, and serving in a fast-paced environment is preferred Join us to bring your culinary talents to life!
