From scratch-made biscuits and gravy to our signature brunch favorites, we have built a loyal following through quality, hospitality, and attention to detail. Se7enbites has earned a Michelin Recommendation for five consecutive years, been featured on Netflix's Somebody Feed Phil, and showcased on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. As we continue to grow and elevate our standards, we are looking for talented cooks who take pride in their craft and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Our breakfast service is the backbone of our operation. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Breakfast Line Cook who can execute high-quality food with consistency, urgency, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate has experience cooking eggs, breakfast proteins, biscuits, griddle items, and brunch favorites while maintaining a clean and organized station. Schedule Requirements Must be available Wednesday through Sunday Morning availability required Typical shifts begin between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM Weekend availability is required Reliable transportation is required Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Execute breakfast and brunch service with speed, consistency, and accuracy Prepare and organize station mise en place before service Cook eggs, breakfast meats, griddle items, and other menu components to specification Maintain food quality, portioning, and presentation standards Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures Keep stations stocked, clean, organized, and service-ready throughout the shift Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and expo to ensure smooth service Assist with prep work, production projects, and cleaning tasks as assigned Properly store, label, date, and rotate products following FIFO procedures Support team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture Qualifications 1-3 years of line cook experience required Breakfast cooking experience strongly preferred Experience with egg cookery, breakfast proteins, griddle cooking, and brunch service preferred Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques Ability to follow recipes, systems, and direction from leadership Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds What We're Looking For We are looking for cooks who care about quality and understand that consistency matters.
