Duties Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently Follow recipes and presentation specifications to deliver visually appealing dishes Assist with menu planning by suggesting creative ideas and seasonal specials Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with food safety regulations Handle food with care, practicing proper food handling techniques to prevent contamination Support food preparation activities such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours Contribute to catering events by preparing large quantities of dishes and ensuring timely delivery Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, especially in kitchen roles or as a dietary aide Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Experience with meal preparation, cooking, and food industry standards Familiarity with dietary department operations and menu planning is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and servers A passion for culinary arts and delivering exceptional dining experiences Join us to bring your culinary talents to life!
