About the Role Love pizza? Love working with a fun, fast-paced team? Marco's Pizza is hiring Insiders (Crew Members) to join our kitchen squad! An "Insider" is the heart of our kitchen. You are the one who makes the magic happen—from stretching our fresh, never-frozen dough to layering on the toppings and getting hot, delicious pizzas out the door. No experience? No problem! If you have a great attitude and a willingness to learn, we will train you to become a pizza pro.
Key Responsibilities Make Great Food:
Prepare delicious pizzas, subs, salads, and wings exactly to Marco's high standards. Prep the
Kitchen:
Stretch fresh dough, slice toppings, and keep ingredients stocked and ready for the rush. Wow the
Guests:
Take customer orders with a smile, whether at the front counter or over the phone. Keep it
Clean:
Help maintain a spotless kitchen, wash dishes, and ensure food safety standards are always met. Work as a
Team:
Support your fellow crew members and delivery drivers to get orders out fast.
What We Are Looking For Age:
Must be at least 16 years old.
Attitude:
Friendly, dependable, and brings positive energy to the team.
Speed:
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and likes staying busy.
Flexibility:
Available to work flexible hours, including peak times like nights and weekends.
Communication:
Good listening and speaking skills for taking customer orders and working with the team.
Pay:
From $14.00 per hour
