As a Pizza Maker, you are at the heart of that experience — handcrafting fresh pizza pies, calzones, garlic knots, and specialty items while delivering high-quality customer service. Routine Tasks:

Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge, answering questions, and making personalized suggestions Prepare pizza pies, calzones, garlic knots, and other pizza items according to Joseph's recipes and quality standards Maintain product freshness through regular rotation and quality checks Restock and rotate displays to ensure visual appeal and freshness Answer phone calls and accurately take and prepare customer orders Plate, package, and present items to meet Joseph's quality and appearance standards Accurately package, label, and price self-service items Follow food safety and sanitation protocols at all times Operate pizza ovens, meat and cheese slicers, knives, scales, and other Pizza equipment safely Assist with other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age Prior pizza preparation experience required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math and reading skills Strong attention to detail and visual presentation Team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude A passion for serving people and creating quality food Physical & Work Environment A Pizza Maker performs tasks primarily within the Pizza department. This role involves walking and standing for prolonged periods and lifting products weighing up to 50 pounds. The position requires frequent interaction with customers and fellow team members in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
