Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of culinary or related work experience with advanced culinary knowledge. Strong knife skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining quality, sanitation, and organization. High school education, culinary training, or equivalent experience; luxury hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant experience preferred. Must have permanent US Work Authorization or US Citizenship; only local candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities:

Prepare food to order using recipe, portion, and presentation standards for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. Complete mise en place, station setup, prep work, freezer pulls, and line checks to support smooth kitchen operations. Operate, maintain, and clean commercial kitchen equipment while following food safety, labeling, dating, and storage procedures. Communicate shortages, control waste, return unused product properly, and work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen team members.
