  • Full-time Line Cook The Line Cook is responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food in accordance with club standards, recipes, and sanitation guidelines. This position works as part of the culinary team to ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality food production during service periods. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and chef specifications
  • Maintain station setup, mise en place, and organization throughout service
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper presentation standards
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and storage areas
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating product properly
  • Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow team members during service
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Assist with prep and production as assigned by culinary leadership Qualifications
  • Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and high-volume shifts
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills Reports To Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Supervisor.
