30 AM•11:00 AM. (CLOSED
SUNDAY & MONDAY
) Position Hours are Tuesday through Friday 4:30am until 1:30pm, Saturday 4:30am until 11:30am.
OFF SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS
Starting at $16.00, will pay more depending on reliability and experience. Position Duties Include but are not limited to: Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner, Follow recipes and presentation specifications, Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently, Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation, Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment, Restock items as needed throughout the shift, Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes, Must be High energy, with a positive attitude and have a smile on your face and song in your heart to work at one of the most established "mom-pop" restaurants in downtown Panama City. Early hours. Must be prompt, dependable, honest, hardworking, with dependable transportation and references. Early hours.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. You will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of quality and presentation in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in daily kitchen operations, including cleaning workstations and equipment after use. Previous experience not required, just need a dependable, hardworking with a willingness to learn. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. A passion for meal preparation and commitment to delivering high-quality food.
