As the Head , you'll be at the forefront of delivering top-notch dining experiences, managing staff, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from food prep to service. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of kitchen management, including food production, and ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. Lead and supervise culinary staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on excellence and continuous improvement. Manage inventory control and food handling procedures to minimize waste while maintaining adequate stock levels for smooth operations Implement food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations, including proper sanitation, storage, and handling practices. Oversee shift management, including scheduling staff rotations and ensuring adequate coverage during busy periods. Skills Extensive experience combined with strong supervising skills in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams in restaurant environments. Deep knowledge of dietary department operations, food production, and catering services. Expertise in inventory management, food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety standards. Skilled in food handling, cooking techniques, and overall food service management. Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with staff and ensure guest satisfaction. Broad understanding of the food industry trends along with experience in hospitality or restaurant management.
