Support food presentation and plating to enhance visual appeal for guests. Manage food preparation tasks efficiently during busy service periods, ensuring timely delivery of meals. Maintain proper food handling procedures, including storage, rotation, and inventory management of ingredients. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service. Requirements Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable. Previous culinary or kitchen experience in restaurants, cafes, or fine dining establishments is preferred. Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, knife handling, and meal assembly. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices. Experience with menu planning, catering, and food industry operations is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities.
