Responsibilities Prepare and assemble meals according to established recipes, dietary guidelines, and menu specifications Assist with menu planning to ensure variety, nutritional balance, and seasonal freshness Maintain food safety standards by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Support dietary department operations by assisting with food service, meal delivery, and portion control Utilize knife skills and cooking techniques to produce high-quality dishes efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow and timely meal service Contribute to catering events and special dining occasions by preparing and serving food with professionalism Requirements Previous experience in dietary or dietary aide roles within healthcare or similar settings is highly preferred Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within the food industry or restaurant environment Knowledge of menu planning, meal prep, and food safety regulations Demonstrated culinary experience with proficiency in knife skills and food presentation Experience working in fine dining or catering environments is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Join us as a and bring your culinary passion to life!
