In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every plate meets our standards of excellence. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your cooking skills and grow within a dynamic food service setting. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines Assist with menu planning and ingredient sourcing to ensure freshness and quality Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination Support meal preparation for catering events and special functions as needed Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, ovens, and fryers Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and exceptional food quality Skills Proven experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation, cooking, and presentation Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is a plus Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with menu planning, catering, and serving processes within the food industry This is a Tipped Postion Join us if you're eager to bring your talents to life in a lively environment where your skills make a difference!
