Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook, with opportunity for growth, where your passion for food and leadership will shine! Your expertise in food production, kitchen management, and team leadership will help elevate our culinary offerings and maintain the highest standards of food safety and service. Duties Lead food preparation and cooking activities on the line, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations Supervise kitchen staff during shifts, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative team environment Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs Oversee food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, sanitation practices, and adherence to health regulations Assist in menu planning and recipe development to keep offerings innovative and aligned with guest preferences Coordinate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and ensure menu compliance Qualifications Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in food production Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership skills in a fast-paced culinary setting Knowledge of dining operations, catering, and event food service is highly desirable Familiarity with inventory management, food handling procedures, and food safety regulations (such as
HACCP/USPH
) Excellent cooking skills across various cuisines with an emphasis on presentation and flavor balance Experience in restaurant or hospitality management roles with strong organizational abilities Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction Embark on a rewarding culinary journey where your skills make a difference!
