Line Cook

Line Cook The Kitchen at Mastry's Brewing Co. | St. Pete Beach, FL Mastry's Brewing Co. is looking for a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team at The Kitchen at Mastry's. We are looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, stays organized, and takes pride in producing quality food consistently. This role focuses on line cooking, food prep, assembly, cleanliness, organization, and supporting smooth kitchen operations during service.•

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently Assist with food prep and maintaining proper pars Assemble and plate food accurately during service Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout shifts Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning as needed Follow food safety, sanitation, and portion standards Help minimize waste and maintain product quality Communicate clearly with kitchen team members and front of house staff Support timely ticket execution during busy service periods Assist with restocking and overall kitchen organization

• Qualifications:

  Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Organized, dependable, and able to multitask Willingness to learn and maintain kitchen standards Availability to work evenings, weekends, and busy shifts

• Physical Requirements:

  Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment

• Compensation:

  $17
