Your expertise in food preparation, menu planning, and fine dining will shine as you collaborate with our culinary team to deliver delicious and beautifully presented meals. You'll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and safety. What you'll do Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Plan and develop menus that cater to diverse dietary needs while maintaining creativity and flair Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment Collaborate with the dietary department to provide nutritious meal options for guests Assist in catering events, ensuring timely service and exceptional quality Utilize your knife skills for efficient meal preparation while adhering to food safety protocols Provide excellent food service by plating meals attractively and serving them with professionalism Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and assist in ordering as needed Basic qualifications Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in culinary roles Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices Preferred qualifications Experience in fine dining establishments Background as a dietary aide or within a dietary department Proficient in menu planning and meal preparation techniques Familiarity with catering services and restaurant operations Why you'll love it here We are dedicated to fostering an environment where our team members can thrive both personally and professionally.
