Hwy 55 is looking for dependable and motivated team members to join our kitchen. In this role, you'll help prepare food with accuracy and speed while supporting a smooth and efficient kitchen. If you enjoy staying busy and take pride in doing things the right way, this is a great fit.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to Hwy 55 standards. Ensure orders are accurate and completed in a timely manner. Support team members to keep the kitchen running smoothly. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards. Monitor food quality and consistency.

Kitchen Stations:

Grill Station:

Burgers, cheesesteaks, grilled chicken.

Bun Station:

Assemble sandwiches to order.

Fry Station:

Prepare sides and fried items. Training is provided across all stations.

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Attention to detail and consistency. Ability to stand for extended periods.
